Each year the Windmill Green features over 60 Artisans,Â
Crafters, Vendors and Non-Profit Organizations.
Visit each booth where you might be able to enter to win a cool prize or perhaps play a game or pick up a unique gift all while supporting our local organizations and small businesses. You can even have your mail postmarked with a commemorative Windmill Weekend stamp!
Are you an Artisan, Crafter, Vendor, Local Business or Non-Profit Organization that would like a spot on the Green?
Preference is being given to the 2022 participants through June 15, 2023.
If you appeared on the Green in 2022 and would like to guarantee your spot for 2023, your registration and payment must be received no later than June 15th. We sent an email out to all 2022 participants. Please look for it in your junk mail or SPAM. Please use the form below to let us know if you did not receive it.
Remaining spots will be awarded by vendor type with preference being given to Eastham based artisans, crafters, vendors, businesses and non-profit organizations serving the residents of Eastham. Requests for registrations will be reviewed on June 16th. If you have preference as outlined above, your application and payment must be received by July 15th.
After July 15th spots will be awarded on a first come, first served basis by vendor type.
The set-up of the Green may be reconfigured a bit for 2023. We cannot guarantee your spot placement will be the same as in years past, but we can guarantee that no one will be placed across Route 6 at Town Hall. All spots will be on the Windmill Green.
Tent rentals and electricity will not be available this year.
Spaces are standard 10′ x 10′ with a small buffer between each space.
The event is one day only for 2023. Saturday, September 9th from 10am – 4pm.
Cost is $75 for the space, plus $20 for your transient vendor permit if required.
No cost for non-profit organizations.
Event is rain or shine. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
